Ans:- The different ways of coping a file from the desktop to the D: drive       a) Using the drag-and drop method :- to move a file or a folder, drag it to anew folder or the disk drive( displayed in the left pane) . In order to copy a file or a folder, hold down the CTRL key while dragging it to a new location(D: drive).       b) Using the organize menu :-  To move a file or a folder using the Organize  menu , select the file or the folder you want move or copy.                  (i) Select Organize - Copy the file.                  (ii) Open the D: drive and Organize - Paste        c) Using the Shortcut menu:- Right - click the file or the folder you want to move or copy.                  (i) Select copy in the shortcut menu ( to copy the file or shortcut folder).                  (ii) Right - click the destination folder and select the Paste option in the sho
